Shipping policy

Subhani Brothers Ltd Trading as Un.stitch personally recommends next-day delivery service to all its customers to avoid any disappointments, but we also offer 1st and 2nd class deliveries to meet customer’s budget.

Delivery partner:

Getting your product to your doorstep in the fastest possible manner is our top priority. Unstitch's current delivery partners are Royal Mail and Parcel force however time to time we will be reviewing our partners and adding more services to optimize the delivery experience for our customers.

Domestic Shipping:
Customers can order up to 12 pm for next day dispatch within the UK if the product is showing in Stock.
Unstitch proudly has a tendency to process and deliver the order within 48 hrs of ordering in mainland UK if the next day delivery option is selected.
Next day deliveries cannot be entertained in Ireland and other UK islands.
Unstitch dispatches orders from Monday to Friday, and on Saturday in special circumstances.

International Shipping:
Unstitch aims to deliver Worldwide
We are currently delivering in more than twenty countries via our experienced delivery partners. All our packages are sent on tracked delivery service, and customers can track their shipments as soon as the tracking number is provided via email.
Unstitch is not responsible for paying any Custom/Duty charges when shipping abroad, and this will be the customer’s responsibility to pay once the package has arrived in the respective country – as we have no control over how much customers will be charged by the customs department in their respective countries.

We aim to dispatch all orders asap, this can range from within the hour - 48 hours.

We will try to dispatch all parcels on the day of the order excluding weekends and public holidays. If any parcel is damaged, it should be rejected at the point of delivery otherwise no liability can be accepted. All products are packaged safely and carefully to ensure no damage occurs. 

Purchases of multiple products may be sent combined depending on availability

 *Note due to Covid-19 stock is delayed as there are reduced international flights transporting stock. We apologise for this and hope you understand the constraints in the time of a world pandemic.

  • We cannot be held responsible for delays which occur once a shipment has left our warehouse as we are unable to control such issues
  • Goods must be signed for upon delivery so please ensure an adult is present to accept the shipment.
  • Some of our items are available as pre-orders (clearly mentioned on their product description pages). These items will be dispatched in accordance with the timescale mentioned on the relevant product page. Please note that pre-order item dispatch times are indicative and we cannot guarantee that a pre-order item will be a guaranteed dispatch on the said date.
  • International orders maybe subject to import duties and taxes. These duties/taxes may apply to your order depending on your local legislation. We have no control over such charges and it is your responsibility to pay these. Such charges will become applicable to countries within the EU from the 1st of January 2021 due to Brexit. 



Please add another working day to orders placed after 12 pm (we class Monday to Friday as working days). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday or the next available working day for Bank Holidays.

We cannot guarantee royal mails recommended times and cannot take responsibility if orders take longer than the 7 working days stated to arrive.
